Eggers Heating & Air Somerset, Kentucky (606) 875-2585

Somerset, Kentucky

When the heat or the air quits, the first job is finding out why.

Eggers Heating & Air works on what keeps a house livable through a Kentucky summer and a Kentucky winter: outdoor units, furnaces, and the duct work in between.

Two ways in. The phone, or the form, whichever suits you.

What we work on

Heating, cooling, and the ducts that carry both.

One system, two seasons. The parts that fail in July and the parts that fail in January belong to the same set of pipes, wires and metal, and they are worked on by the same hands.

Finding out what is wrong

A system that has quit does not always say why. It gets checked over before parts get talked about: what it is doing, what it is not doing, and what it will take to put right.

  • Runs, but the house will not cool
  • Will not come on at all
  • Starts, then cuts out again
  • A noise that was not there last year
  • Ice where there should be no ice

Outdoor units

The condenser sits out in the weather all year and takes the worst of it. Fan, coil and the electrical inside the cabinet: diagnosed, and repaired.

Furnaces

Heat that has stopped, heat that will not keep up, or a furnace far enough along that replacing it is the honest answer.

New systems

A complete system put in, equipment and connections together. New builds included.

Duct work

The part of the system nobody sees, and the part that decides whether the far bedroom ever gets warm. Runs built and fitted for the system they serve.

How it goes

Three steps, and no surprises in the middle.

  1. 01

You say what it is doing

A phone call, or the request form. However the system is behaving, or refusing to, that is where it starts.

  2. 02

    It gets looked at

Somebody comes out and works out the cause. Nothing gets replaced on a guess.

  3. 03

    You hear what it needs

What is wrong, what putting it right involves, and what that means for your house, before the work goes ahead.

What to expect

Whatever the job turns out to be, this is how it is handled.

Four things that do not change with the season, the equipment, or the size of the job.

  • The cause comes before the cure

Parts get named once the problem is found, not before it.

  • Plain words

You hear what is wrong in language that actually tells you something.

  • Heat and air are one system

The outfit that puts your cooling right knows the furnace sharing its duct work.

  • The house goes back the way it was found

Boots wiped, panels back on, and the mess taken away with the old parts.

In a customer’s words

Great fast service. Had an issue with my outdoor unit and they came out and diagnosed and fixed it. Highly recommend
